Fidelity Manufacturing was founded by Brad Dinkins. The Fidelity name has significant meaning for Brad, because it speaks of faithfulness, trustworthiness, dependability, and integrity. Brad is a strong believer in integrity and commitment to the customer.
The Fidelity Team was started with an experienced group of 28 professionals with expertise in sales, engineering and the manufacturing processes of enclosures, tanks and packaging of generators.
Fidelity moved into a newly renovated manufacturing plant in Ocala, Florida, that had just received almost a one-million-dollar upgrade. Due to increasing demand, Fidelity continued to grow and gain market share.
Fidelity opened Plant #2, an 86,000 SF facility in Ocala to keep up with customer orders.
Plant #2 expanded yard space by an additional 5 acres to house completed projects and to continue growth.
Fidelity Manufacturing now has 35 acres of operational space.
Fidelity Manufacturing achieved ISO 9001:2015 Certification.
Plant 2, in Ocala, FL was expanded and it now has 100,000 sq ft of space. This gives Plant 2 a total of 4 Enclosure lines, complete with cranes that is necessary for customer demand.
Plans are moving forward to build a 25,000 sq ft warehouse and add an additional employee parking lot at Plant 2 because of our growth.
Fidelity Manufacturing has now grown to almost 400 employees.
To operate and build Fidelity according to Godly principles and values, trusting in the Lord to direct our steps, to supply our needs, and to grow Fidelity as He wills. Fidelity is a tool in His Hands and our purpose is to honor Him in all that we say and do.
Fidelity Manufacturing supports Helping Hands which is a nonprofit ministry that primarily serves homeless and abused women and children … helping them find purpose, meaning and success in life. They provide housing, food assistance, clothes, medical and dental, transportation, jobs, education grants and compassionate counseling. Helping Hands is based in Ocala, Florida. Some of our top employees have come through Helping Hands.
